Match Me #2
So sleepy at 2am... but had so much fun! We had more tickets sold (and the most packed house) than any other show tonight! Wowza. And that included Opening Night! Felt so great to be onstage tickling those funny bones.
Michael was such a sweetheart, charmed the crowd. A girl cannot make it in this crazy singles jungle without a sassy gay best friend. How else was I supposed to know that I could mix metallics in my outfit? I think my favorite part was when he said that my #1 quality was that I am organized, a list maker. I have to say, it's true. I make quite a sexy list.
I had way too much fun with my boys. On our dates we went whale watching, to the Olive Garden, and to the see the movie Drive. Nathan, Echo and Sushant were frackin hilarious and lit the audience on fire. So grateful to have such talented improvisers as friends. They stole the show!
And shout out to my incredible, loving, super talented, teddy bear of a director, Mike Daflos. My lovebug. Couldn't have done it without you!
So I'm going out with "Duke". A tall, curly-headed drummer. Sooo my physical type, but ultimately not the guy I was leaning toward. Alas, I shall abide by the rules and follow through. Let's all remember I am terrible at dating and there's a reason I have chosen this ever-so-entertaining process. I cannot be trusted to make my own decisions.
